1. Eligibility

 

1.1. This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18+ only.

1.2. The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and UK residency.

1.3. Entries are void where prohibited by law.

 

2. Giveaway Period

 

2.1. The giveaway opens on 7 February 2026 and closes on 15 May 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time) (“Closing Date”).

2.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

 

3. Entry Methods

 

3.1. There are two ways to enter:

(a) Paid entry via the Promoter’s official checkout link; and/or

(b) Free postal entry (no purchase necessary) as set out in section 4.

 

4. Free Postal Entry

 

4.1. To enter for free, send a handwritten postcard including: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Instagram Username, and the words “HPS Giveaway Entry” to:

4.2. Postal entries must be received by the Closing Date.

4.3. One (1) entry per postcard. Incomplete or illegible entries may be rejected.

 

5. Paid Entry Bundles & Entry Allocation

 

5.1. Valid paid entry bundles are:

• £10 Starter —  20 entries

• £25 Classique — 75 entries

• £50 Luxe — 200 entries

• £100 Royale — 500 entries

• £250 Founder (Boss Babe) — 1500 entries (Founder shoutout list is optional and has no cash value.)

 

5.2. Entries are only valid once payment has successfully cleared.

5.3. Any reversed payment, chargeback or refund voids the related entries.

 

6. Instagram Requirement (Condition of Winning)

 

6.1. To be eligible to win, entrants must be following @HerPriveeSocietehq:

    •    at the time of the draw, and

    •    at the time the Promoter contacts the selected winner.

6.2. If the selected winner is not following at either point, the Promoter may disqualify the selection and redraw.

 

7. Bonus Entries (Optional)

 

7.1. The Promoter may offer bonus entries for optional actions such as referrals or sharing promotional posts.

7.2. Bonus entry amounts, eligibility rules and proof requirements will be published on the Promoter’s Instagram and/or website.

7.3. Bonus entries are added only once verified by the Promoter.

 

8. Monthly Prize Draws (Optional)

 

8.1. The Promoter may run additional monthly draws during the giveaway period.

8.2. Monthly prizes, cut-off dates and rules will be announced on Instagram.

8.3. Unless stated otherwise, monthly prizes are separate from the main prize and do not remove entries from the main draw.

 

9. Main Prize

 

9.1. The main prize is one (1) handbag of the winner’s choice up to a maximum value of £5,000 (“Prize”).

9.2. The selected item must be available for purchase at the time of ordering from a reputable retailer chosen by the Promoter.

9.3. If the chosen item is unavailable, the winner may select an alternative item up to £5,000.

9.4. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

 

10. Winner Selection & Claiming

 

10.1. The winner will be selected at random using a random number generator/randomiser tool from all valid entries.

10.2. The draw will take place on 15th May 2026 at 8:00pm (UK time).

10.3. The Promoter will contact the selected winner using the contact details provided.

10.4. The selected winner must respond within 72 hours. If the winner does not respond, fails eligibility checks, or cannot accept delivery, the Promoter may redraw.

 

11. Minimum Sales Threshold & Refunds

 

11.1. This giveaway will proceed only if a minimum of £5,000 in total paid entry sales is reached by the Closing Date (“Minimum Threshold”).

11.2. If the Minimum Threshold is not reached, the giveaway will be cancelled and all paid entries will be refunded to the original payment method.

11.3. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the Closing Date (or within 10 working days of the date cancellation is confirmed, if later).

11.4. Free postal entries are not refundable as no purchase is made.

 

12. Delivery

 

12.1. Prize delivery is UK only, to a UK address provided by the winner, via tracked delivery/courier where applicable.

 

12.2. If the winner lives in London (or is able to travel to London), the winner may choose to collect the prize in person or meet the Promoter to receive the prize at a mutually agreed public location and time, instead of delivery.

 

12.3. Delivery/fulfilment timeframes depend on retailer availability, booking availability (for experiences), and shipping/courier timeframes.

 

12.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any travel costs incurred by the winner to collect the prize in London.

 

12.5. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before handing over or dispatching the prize.

 

13. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification

 

13.1. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, tampering, misuse, false information, or breach of these Terms.

13.2. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaway.

 

14. Data Protection

 

14.1. Personal data will be used solely to administer the giveaway (including entry validation, contacting winners, eligibility checks and refunds).

15. Liability

 

15.1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, delays or third-party failures.

15.2. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights.

16.1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta or Chanel.
